Vaghesvari Mataji, wadhwancity

This is a very old temple, known as a "Vaghesvari Temple". Wadhwan is a taluka of Surendranagar district, Gujarat, India. This is a very famous temple. The idol of vaghesvari mataji found by a farmer during he was worked in his farm before around 200 years ago. The farm was behind the Ganpati fatsar temple. Which is very big idol and the expression of the idol much terrible. Vaghesvari mataji is a kuldevi of  goldmith society. The rush of devotees increasing on Sunday and the day of Full moon. During the festival of Navratri the atmosphere of temple is much wonderful. The devotees play garaba and enjoyed a lot in this nine days festival. Many cultural activities done by the peoples in this temple, Many other shrine also situated there - Gaytri mandir, Khemshankar mahadev, Annpurna mataji, Randal mataji, Kalbhairav, Guru dattatrey, Shitla mata, etc. Every year the foundation day of this temple enjoyed with organization of special worship in this temple.
