This temple is at godhar district Panchmahal, state Gujarat. Which is established by the SMVS institution. This place is covered with fully greenery by all the sides like it is in the middle of forest. There is one meeting room where all the devotee come and listen discourse given by the saints. Big caravanserai for visitors to stay there for some days. Also facilities for snack, dinner, lunch is available. There is a big ground for children to play and also merry-go-round, sliders and swing available. Big garden fully covered with grass and attractive plants with colorful flowers. There is one hall for "Nilkanthvarni ablution". Which is main reason to come there for devotee.
