This is
a very mysterious story of increasing size of the Shaligram stone. Its size is
increased continuously from around 200 years. Before 200 years ago, it had been
gifted by the king of Nepal- Jang Bahadur. From that time it is founded in the
Pakibavli city of Bihar state, India. The size of stone is same as the pea at
the time of foundation. Today it becomes double from the size of coconut. Many
scientists tried to find the reason, but they failed.
This temple is on the
bank of the step well. In hindu religion Shaligram is the form of lord Vishnu. It is a rarely found stone. Mostly this stones find on the river bank of kali gandki in Nepal. Mostly in brown, blue and white colors they found. Many numbers of devotees come for worship every day.
